No. Just make a request and an Admin can sort you right away.

You beat me to it, Toph. Yeah, basically you just place a request whenever you want, I find having to make a certain amount of posts ridiculous.

I don't think it's a really bad system--for some people, it's incentive to stick around a while until their worthy of a House. But there's a fault, because some don't want to take the time and wait, so I guess either has it's ups and downs.

Exactly... Most users like to join, request a house and be sorted asap. It gives them a reminder that this is a good and active forum and they don't have to wait to get a certain amount of posts.

You'd also find that when people here they have to get a certain amount of posts to request a house, they do small and worthless spam-worthy posts.
