Most people don't think it's a sport, but just from practice we have to do over 200 sit ups, over 50 pushups, and all sorts of other workouts. You try spinning a 6 foot long pole with a 58'' long flag on it all while dancing, keeping in time with the music, keeping your head up, keeping your face presentable, keeping your back straight, your arms in perfect angles at a proper distance from your body. Not to mention the occasional toss. I won't even go into the steps for that..
